Industrial Machinery Sales Inc. represents, sells, and services for veneer and plywood equipment for both hardwood and softwood manufacturers. We supply a full line of veneer machinery including Marunaka and Omeco products.

Marunaka

Marunaka is the originator of the lengthwise slicing concept and has more than 55 years experience. They have been copied but never equaled. More than 500 Marunaka slicers are currently operating in 22 countries.

Omeco

Omeco, with over 40 years experience in the veneer machinery manufacturing industry produces a complete line of veneer dryers, lathes, presses and guillotines.

Machinery and Parts

IMS has a large inventory of used and reconditioned machineries for veneer processing. See our inventory.

We distribute several parts for veneer manufacturers like: knives, nose bars, grinding wheels and coolants.

Services

With many years of experience in the veneer slicing Industry, we can provide not only the proper equipment but the training, set-up and after sale service you expect. We can perform the slicing and drying test for you, or if you prefer to send us your work piece, we would be pleased to slice it for you.

Mr. Gabriel Beaulac

After more than 30 years, Mr. Jim Stough, President of Industrial Machinery Sales retired in March 2011. It is with great pleasure that Mr. Gabriel Beaulac has accepted to replace Mr. Stough along with the new challenges he will undertake. With his mechanical engineering background and for the last five years he has been the key person in the installation and services for IMS. He has taken the commitment to continue to offer the best service which you have been accustom to with Mr. Stough.
